George A. Brown – President, CEO, and Director

Received an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from Bishop's University in Lennoxville, Quebec. From September 2001 to October 2008, President, CEO and a director of Duran Resources ULC (formerly MacMillan Gold Corp.), a mineral exploration company; from June 2003 to August, 2009, the CEO and a director of Duran Ventures Inc. From October 2008 to August 15, 2010 , President and CEO of MacMillan Minerals.

Dr. David Lentz - Director and Technical Committee Chairman

A professional geoscientist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick and is a qualified person under the meaning of National Instrument 43-101. Dr. Lentz is an full professor on the Fredericton campus of UNB and holds the UNB Economic Geology Chair. Before coming to UNB, Dr. Lentz worked as a researcher with the Geological Survey of Canada and the New Brunswick Department of Natural Resources. He is a leader and contributor within the geological community and is one of the strongest promoters of the Geological Association of Canada worldwide. For more than 20 years, he has been an active volunteer in the field of geology and has made many outstanding contributions to GAC¹s Mineral Deposits Division. Dr. David Lentz received the GAC Harvey Gross Young Scientist Award in 1999. David Lentz has also received a 2007 Geological Association of Canada (GAC) Distinguished Service Award. Dr. Lentz also received the Canadian Institute of Mining and Petroleum Distinguished Lecturer Award for 2007- 08, and then the CIM Boldy Award in 2009. He is associate editor for several economic geology journals. Dave Lentz has extensive experience with a variety of mineral deposit systems, in particular U- and REE-bearing deposits.

Adrian J. Van de Mosselaer – Director

Mr. Van de Mosselaer is the former C.E.O. and the former Senior Vice President of RockBridge Resources Inc. responsible for operational management of RockBridge’s Mineral and Oil and Gas assets. A highly experienced executive, having been Canada's representative to a science committee of the United Nations in addition to supervising management teams and operations in a variety of industries. Mr. Van de Mosselaer has extensive experience leading technological advancements in an operational management role and in spearheading related corporate finance activities. Mr. Van de Mosselaer has also headed various industry committees and forums where he has been a sought after speaker and spokesperson.

Carmen Yuen - CFO and Secretary

Ms. Carmen Yuen, CPA, is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelors of Commerce. Ms. Yuen has experience in accounting and public reporting for junior resource companies. She is currently the CFO for MacMillan Minerals Inc. and the Treasurer for Duran Ventures Inc.

Driffield Cameron – Director

Mr. Cameron is currently the Vice President of Exploration and a Director of a Canadian based TSX Venture listed company with operations in West Africa. He graduated with a B.Sc. in Geology from Acadia University, Wolfville, Nova Scotia in 1971, and is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario, a fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists and a fellow of the Geological Association of Canada. Mr. Cameron has over 35 years of Canadian and international experience in mining exploration for gold and base metals including periods with ASARCO Exploration Company of Canada Limited, Gold Fields Canadian Mining Limited, Geologic Associates and High River Gold Mines Ltd. Mr. Cameron played a leadership role in the teams responsible for the exploration and discovery of High River’s Taparko gold deposit in Burkina Faso, the Dunlop #3 gold deposit of the New Britannia Mine in Manitoba and the Springpole gold deposit in Ontario. He was a member of the team which advanced High River’s Bissa gold deposit and the Goldrush Ronguen gold deposit, both in Burkina Faso, and has also directed the exploration for the rejuvenation and expansion of the Detour gold deposit in Ontario prior to its acquisition by Detour Gold Corporation.

Asha Reeves – Director

Asha Reeves received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1993 from the University of British Columbia and Certified General Accountant designation in 2003. Asha Reeves occupied the following positions with Boston Pizza International Inc.: Staff Accountant (1995-1999), Senior Accountant (1997-1999), Assistant Controller (1999-2003), and Controller 2003-2010. In 2002 Asha Reeves was part of the accounting team that assisted with the establishment of the Boston Pizza Royalty Income Fund. In doing so, she gained experience with the initial public offering process and public reporting requirements.

Her career duties have encompassed management of the accounting department, and review and analysis of financial statements and management’s discussion and analysis for submission to the Board of Directors. She was also responsible for assisting with cash and tax planning, implementation of financial systems and processes to improve overall business performance, and assisting senior management in establishing annual and long-term financial objectives to meet strategic goals.
