HONOURS GEOLOGY DEGREE AND A PH.D. IN ECONOMIC GEOLOGY FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF BRITISH COLUMBIA IN VANCOUVER. HE HAS ALSO COMPLETED A M.SC. ECONOMIC GEOLOGY DEGREE FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF WESTERN ONTARIO IN LONDON. Dr. Olson has forty-five years of experience in the mineral exploration field which includes consulting with Trigg, Wollett & Associates Ltd., past President of APEX Geoscience Ltd., and principal of R.A. Olson Consulting Ltd. Dr. Olson is a Professional Geologist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta and is a Qualified Person under the meaning of National Instrument 43-101.

DR. OLSON WILL BE JOINING Dr. David Lentz as the directors on the Technical Review Committee. Dr. Lentz is an associate professor on the Fredericton campus of the University of New Brunswick (“UNB”) and holds the UNB Economic Geology Chair. Before coming to UNB, Dr. Lentz worked as a researcher with the Geological Survey of Canada and the New Brunswick Department of Natural Resources. He is a leader and contributor within the geological community and is one of the strongest promoters of the Geological Association of Canada worldwide. For more than twenty years, he has been an active volunteer in the field of geology and has made many outstanding contributions to GAC’s MINERAL DEPOSITS DIVISION. DR. LENTZ RECEIVED THE CANADIAN INSTITUTE OF MINING AND PETROLEUM DISTINGUISHED LECTURER AWARD FOR 2007- 08. DAVID LENTZ HAS ALSO RECEIVED A 2007 GEOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION OF CANADA (GAC) DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD. DR. LENTZ IS A COMMITTEE MEMBER OF THE PROSPECTORS AND DEVELOPERS ASSOCIATION.

THE COMPANY HAS GRANTED 650,000 STOCK OPTIONS EXERCISABLE AT $0.10 FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS FROM MARCH 8, 2010. THE GRANT INCLUDES 600,000 STOCK OPTIONS TO FIVE DIRECTORS, ONE OF WHOM IS ALSO A SENIOR OFFICER, AND 50,000 STOCK OPTIONS TO A CONSULTANT.
