| Cache Approved For Two Grants By The NBJMAP |

TORONTO, CANADA – August 29, 2011 – Mr. George A. Brown, President and CEO of Cache Exploration Inc. (TSX-V:CAY), is pleased to announce that the Company received approval in August for two grants by the New Brunswick Junior Mining Assistance Program (“NBJMAP”). One NBJMAP grant is for $20,000 or 50% of eligible costs up to $40,000 on the Welsford Inner REE Property. The second grant is for $40,000 or 50% of eligible costs up to $80,000 on the Welsford Outer REE Property. The NBJMAP program is a financial assistance program for junior companies, and provides up to 50% of eligible costs for mineral exploration programs to a maximum of $50,000 per grant. The NBJMAP provides valuable assistance that increases the probability of finding economically viable mineral resources in New Brunswick. Mr. Brown, CEO, states: “This grant program by the New Brunswick government sends out a clear message that our New Brunswick properties are in a mining and exploration friendly jurisdiction that not only encourages but also financially assists junior companies in their quest for discoveries. These grants benefit our shareholders by providing them with $120,000 of exploration programs at a net cost of $60,000. The grants contribute towards our goal which is to focus our financial resources on exploration that we feel has the potential of resulting in a discovery.” Cache Exploration is a well-funded exploration company with a focus on exploring for REE deposits. Cache is exploring the Welsford REE Properties in New Brunswick, the Cross Hills REE Property and Cross Hills Northern IOCG Property in Newfoundland, the Louil Hills REE Properties in Newfoundland, and the Nunavut REE Properties. (“CMI”) (formerly Rockbridge Minerals Inc.) through which it now controls the CMI Cross Hill REE Properties adjacent to Cache’s Cross Hills Properties, the 3,360 acre Stewart South Property in BC, the 4,349 acre Quinn Eskay Property in BC, the 719 acre GSM Property in BC, and the 4,680 acre White Gold Properties in the Yukon. All of the Cache REE properties are considered to have excellent potential for rare earth element mineralization.
